Postage and packing include handling charges,PayPal fee cover and plastic bag charges also. our paper and other products are sealed in plastic bags or plastic zip-lock bags. All  orders will be sent via standard postal service. PLEASE NOTE WE CANNOT CONTROL THE DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER. Large orders that are sent sometimes come with a tracking number,if your order comes with one,we will forward on the details on how to track it.

:::RETURN POLICY:::

Un-used items will be accepted and refunded. Refunds will not be given in the case of transfer paper purchased and not compatible to the customers printer. All information is available in the item description . Returned items will not be refunded for the post costs.

Other information.

Orders that are delayed by over 14 working days would need to be looked into. We ask that you contact your local post office to see if there are any undelivered parcels. We cannot control the delivery of our orders unless specified by you to deliver by courier which would increase the postage costs. If you have entered the wrong address into your order form , we cannot take responsibility for orders not arriving. If orders come back to us because the delivery address is wrong, we will contact you to confirm your address. This will result in an additional postage charge. If we come to a point where a replacement order is to be sent, under certain circumstances, we will do so after careful consideration and after an investigation into the order. If original orders arrive, in no specific time frame, after a replacement has been sent we must ask for the replacement to be returned to us. Postage costs will not be refunded for the replacement orders being sent back. This is due to a loss on our part of postage costs for sending the replacement order.
